Would you like an unobstructed view of Millbury's annual 4th of July fireworks? It is no secret to the folks in town (read: get there early) that the view from the southern end of the parking lot of The Shoppes is great... as long as you don't mind not being right on top of the action. It is ideal for kids who don't like all the noise or people concerned with debris landing on them.
One caveat: don't make any plans immediately following "the show" as you'll be sitting in the traffic of a full parking lot trying to empty all at once!
